Terms and conditions of sale and use
Updated on 16/10/2026
This text is written in French: the French version is the one that applies.
1. Who we are and what these terms are for
Saisix is an online service published by [RAISON SOCIALE], a [FORME JURIDIQUE] with a share capital of €[CAPITAL SOCIAL], RCS [VILLE DU RCS] [SIREN], [ADRESSE DU SIÈGE], contact@saisix.fr, hereinafter “Saisix”.
These terms apply to any person who creates an account, whether acting for themselves (“consumer”) or for their professional activity (“professional”). Some rules apply only to consumers: they say so.
By creating your account, you accept these terms. They remain available at any time at saisix.fr/cgv and are sent to you by e-mail when the account is created.
2. The service
Saisix copies the information from the documents you upload (invoices, statements, receipts, e-mails, spreadsheets) into the file you choose to fill: an Excel spreadsheet, a CSV file or a PDF.
Saisix uses artificial intelligence to read your documents. Each value shows where it comes from, and the values Saisix is not sure about are highlighted in yellow, to be checked, before downloading.
The accepted formats are those displayed in the application. An unreadable document (photo too blurry, protected or damaged file) may not be read: Saisix tells you so, with the reason.
The service is accessible from a recent browser with an internet connection. Saisix does its best to keep it available at all times, but may interrupt it for maintenance or in the event of a provider’s failure.
3. Your account
You create your account with an e-mail address and a password. You keep this password to yourself: any action taken from your account is deemed to have been taken by you. If you think someone else is using it, notify us immediately.
You undertake to upload only documents that you are entitled to process, and not to use Saisix for any illegal activity or to disrupt the service. In the event of a serious breach, Saisix may suspend the account after notifying you, except in an emergency.
4. Plans and prices
Solo: €20 including VAT per month (€16.67 excluding VAT). To process your own documents, throughout the day.
Pro: €50 including VAT per month (€41.67 excluding VAT). Five times more usage than Solo, to process the documents of several clients or files.
Business: on quotation, for teams and large volumes. Its specific terms take precedence over these.
Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included, with French VAT at the applicable rate. [SI LA SOCIÉTÉ EST EN FRANCHISE DE TVA : REMPLACER PAR « TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI ».]
Saisix may change its prices for the future. The new price is announced to you by e-mail at least 30 days before it applies. If it does not suit you, you may terminate before then, free of charge.
5. The usage of your plan
Each plan includes a monthly usage. Each document counts according to its size: a receipt weighs little, a long statement more. The application shows you the usage of each session and where you stand in the month.
Usage resets to zero each month, on the anniversary date of the start of your plan. Unused usage is not carried over to the following month.
Before you reach the usage of your plan, Saisix notifies you. You may then upgrade to the higher plan, or wait for the following month. Saisix never charges any extra without your consent.
6. Payment
The subscription is paid monthly, in advance, by bank card, on the anniversary date of the start of your plan. Payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe: Saisix never sees your card details.
If you upgrade to the higher plan during the month, it applies immediately and the price difference is calculated pro rata to the days remaining until the next anniversary date.
An invoice is available for each payment.
If a payment fails, Saisix notifies you and gives you 7 days to update your card before suspending access to new sessions.
7. Term and termination
The subscription is monthly, with no minimum commitment. It starts on the day the account is created and renews each month, on the anniversary date, until you stop it.
You may terminate at any time, online, from your account with “Terminate your contract”, or by writing to contact@saisix.fr. Saisix confirms the termination to you by e-mail, with the end date.
Termination takes effect at the end of the current month: you keep access until then, and no new payment is taken. The month already started is not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal (article 8) or in the event of a defect in the service (article 10).
At the end of the subscription, remember to download your files: they are deleted with your account.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the creation of your account to withdraw, without having to give any reason (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation)).
Saisix starts as soon as the account is created. For this, we ask you to tick a box by which you expressly request that the service begin before the end of this period (Article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation)). You keep your right of withdrawal.
If you withdraw within these 14 days, Saisix refunds what you have paid, less the portion of the service already provided: the monthly price pro rata to the days elapsed between the creation of the account and your withdrawal. Example: withdrawal after 6 days of a 30-day month on the Solo plan, €4.00 remains due and €16.00 is refunded to you. If you have not yet paid anything, you owe only that portion.
To withdraw: use “Withdraw from the contract here” in your account, or send us a clear statement by e-mail to contact@saisix.fr or by post to [ADRESSE DU SIÈGE], for example using the form below. Saisix sends you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail.
The refund is made within 14 days following your withdrawal, using the means of payment you used (Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation)).
Withdrawal form (complete and return only if you wish to withdraw): “To [RAISON SOCIALE], [ADRESSE DU SIÈGE], contact@saisix.fr: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the provision of the services below. Saisix plan subscribed on: … Name: … Address: … Account e-mail: … Signature (only if sent on paper): … Date: …”
If you are acting for your professional activity, the right of withdrawal does not apply: the contract is concluded at a distance, and the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation) provides for this right between professionals only for certain off-premises contracts (Article L221-3).
9. The copied values and your check
Saisix reads your documents carefully, but an automatic reading can make mistakes, especially on a blurry, handwritten or poorly structured document. That is why each value shows where it comes from and uncertain values are highlighted in yellow.
Before downloading and using a file, you check the values, in particular those highlighted in yellow. Values in yellow that you leave as they are are copied as they are. Saisix does not replace your own check, nor that of your chartered accountant, for your tax returns, your accounting or your payments.
Saisix undertakes to provide the service with diligence, in accordance with professional standards (obligation of means).
10. Warranties and liability
If you are a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation)): if the service does not conform to what is promised during your subscription, you may request that it be brought into conformity or, failing that, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
If you are a professional, Saisix’s liability is limited to direct and proven damage, and capped at the amounts you have paid over the last 12 months. Saisix is not liable for indirect damage, such as a loss of turnover, nor for the consequences of a value you have not checked. These limits do not apply in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Saisix is not liable for an interruption due to force majeure (Article 1218 of the French Civil Code (Code civil)).
11. Your data and your documents
Your documents and the filled files remain yours. They are stored in the European Union, read in France, deleted automatically 30 days after the start of the session, and are never used to train an AI. You may delete them yourself, at any time.
The privacy policy, at saisix.fr/confidentialite, explains in detail which data is processed and how to exercise your rights.
If you are a professional and your documents contain personal data of third parties, Saisix processes it as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR: solely to fill your files and on your instructions; by persons bound by confidentiality; with the security measures described in the privacy policy; with only the sub-processors listed there, which Saisix notifies you of before changing them; by helping you respond to requests from data subjects and notifying you without undue delay of any personal data breach; by deleting the data at the end of the service; and by providing you with the information needed to verify these commitments. A signed data processing agreement is available on request at contact@saisix.fr.
12. Changes to the terms
Saisix may amend these terms. The new terms are sent to you by e-mail at least 30 days before they apply. If you refuse them, you may terminate free of charge before that date.
13. Complaints, mediation and governing law
For any complaint, first write to contact@saisix.fr. We respond within [15] days.
If you are a consumer and the disagreement persists, you may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator to which Saisix is subject (Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation)): [NOM DU MÉDIATEUR], [ADRESSE DU MÉDIATEUR], [SITE INTERNET DU MÉDIATEUR]. You must first have sent a written complaint to Saisix, and refer the matter to the mediator within one year thereafter.
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you reside, and you may bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence or that of Saisix’s registered office. If you are a professional, the courts within the jurisdiction of [VILLE DU SIÈGE] have exclusive jurisdiction.
